Mindfulness Course

Mindfulness is a way of relating differently to our experience that can help us deal more effectively with difficult thoughts and emotions and live fuller, more satisfying lives.

This 6-week course teaches participants a number of different mindfulness practices that can help you deal with stress more effectively and improve your health and well-being. We will explore ways to cultivate mindfulness and look particularly at how to integrate it and use it when facing challenges in your daily life. 🙂
